S. V. Rao

35+ years in Physics teaching and administration.

S. V. Rao brings more than 35 years of experience as a Physics lecturer and administrator. He has worked in different roles at corporate and independent educational institutions across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar and Gujarat.

He played an instrumental role in shaping several institutions. Working across different educational settings helped him develop a broad understanding of teaching, administration and the needs of students and families.

That experience helped shape the vision he developed with his son, Nikhilesh: strong academic preparation, discipline and space for students to grow into confident, self-directed learners. Together, they founded Sri Amogha in 2016 to bring their shared vision to life.

Nikhilesh Bharadwaj

IIM Calcutta EdLEAP alumnus.

Nikhilesh is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta’s Education Leaders’ Programme (EdLEAP). His credentials include Global Career Counselling from UCLA Extension and Certified Instructional Design Practitioner from KPMG India.

He holds a postgraduate diploma in Psychological Counselling Skills and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Earlier, he worked in the Resource Management Group – HR at Tata Consultancy Services.

At Sri Amogha, he works on student development, career guidance and the learning environment. His approach connects academic progress with self-awareness, human values and responsible choices—helping students prepare for their careers and for life.
